Blood on Blood (Bon Jovi-New Jersey)

Album New Jersey dari Bon Jovi yang keluar sekitar tahun 1988-1989 begitu berpengaruh bagi saya. Saat itu masih SMP, dari album itulah saya kenal lagu "Living in Sin" tentang kisah cinta yang tidak di restui orang tua (theme song buat love story waktu muda hehehe), dan tentu saja lagu Blood on blood tentang persahabatan 3 orang (Jovi, Daddy dan Bobby) yang bisa saja cerita tersebut sebuah fiksi sebagaimana lagu lainnya.

Lagu blood on blood ini kalau saya dengar langsung saja saya teringat si Fazar Denay dan Chokim, karena dua orang inilah yang harus bertanggung jawab meracuni saya dgn musik rock hahahaha. Selain itu mereka berdua ini teman yang paling akrab dengan saya. Love you guys, always hehehehe

Saya tumbuh besar dalam semangat lagu-lagu Bon Jovi hingga saat ini. Saya tidak hafal semua liriknya, namun musik rock akhir 80-an seperti Bon Jovi tetap lekat hingga sekarang.

teks ini begitu kuat dan seakan menjadi janji yang terus terucapkan. :)
terbawa emosi lagu ini dan banyaknya kenangan yang berserak dari SMP hingga saat ini, tak jarang membuat saya menitikkan air mata haru saat menikmati lagu ini.

Untuk teman-teman SMP 243 Cipinang Jaya (1988-1991), biar bagaimanapun kenangan yg ada begitu berharga untuk dilupakan, masa lalu mungkin tidak cemerlang, namun itu adalah bagian dari perjalanan hidup yang patut diterima, ditelaah dan diambil hikmahnya. :)
